Is it worth getting an iPad 2 with 3G? If you have an iPhone then maybe not!
Apple are soon to release the latest iOS (version 4.3) and as part of that you will be able to use your iPhone as a WiFi hotspot for your iPad (or Mac laptop).
So as long as you iPhone has a 3G connection you will be able to surf the web on your iPad. With this in mind is it really worth paying the extra money (and the data contract costs) for a 3G iPad?
Well not me – I’d rather use the money to buy extra iPad memory. So, if you have an iPhone and plan to get a new iPad 2 I suggest you forget the 3G models and use the saving to either buy the new smart cover or put towards the higher memory iPad 2
